Based at our Trowbridge Campus, you’ll join the Apprenticeship Team, helping manage the digital systems and processes that support the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an administration, IT, data, customer service, or systems background who wants to develop their career in education.

??? Contract Type: Fixed Term for maternity cover for 1 Year
Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do
- Support colleagues with the OneFile E-Portfolio system
- Help deliver training on OneFile and other digital systems
- Produce accurate reports and maintain apprenticeship data
- Manage SharePoint pages and digital resources
- Support digital enrolment and onboarding processes
- Maintain secure and accurate electronic records
- Support Assessor training days
- Work closely with the MIS Apprenticeship Team
- Provide accurate information to managers and colleagues
- Identify ways to improve systems and processes
- Help ensure data is managed securely and correctly
What You’ll Bring
- Strong IT and digital skills
- Experience in administration, systems, data, customer service or a similar role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to improving processes
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with OneFile, SharePoint, databases or e-portfolio systems would be an advantage
