Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our showroom.

We specialise in high-end bespoke kitchens & bathrooms and increasingly work across full-property renovations, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, architects, and specialist trades to deliver complete design-and-build projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet client specifications and preferences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your creative skills and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer service and design solutions. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about interior design, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms.

Role Responsibilities:

Designing kitchens and bathrooms to suit customers’ needs and budgets
Meeting customers in the showroom and carrying out consultations
Completing measures on site (driving license preferred)
Assist clients with product selection, including fixtures, fittings, colour schemes, and accessories, ensuring optimal utilisation of space.
Producing designs and quotations
Present design proposals to clients, explaining features, materials, colours, and layout options clearly.
Managing projects from enquiry through to completion
Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process

What we’re looking for:

Previous kitchen and/or bathroom design experience preferred
Confident using design software
Strong communication and organisational skills
Friendly, professional, and driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills:

Site experience / construction awareness
Social media/content creation interest

Working hours: approx 31 hours per week

Weekdays: 9.30am to 5.00pm
Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Minimum 3 days a week

Additional hours may be required at busy times to meet customer service needs.
