About the role

As cyber security continues to play a critical role in protecting information, operational resilience, and client confidence, we are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our Regional Build Work Winning team in Warrington.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of major construction and infrastructure pursuits, helping shape winning strategies across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects. Working closely with bid leaders, operational teams, digital specialists, and clients, you will ensure cyber security and information assurance are embedded into our solutions from the earliest stages of engagement.
What you'll be doing
As a Cyber Security Manager you will:
- Leading cyber security input across bids, tenders, and client work winning activity
- Supporting compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and client security requirements
- Collaborating with bid teams, IT, operational delivery, and supply chain partners
- Providing expert guidance on cyber risk, governance, and secure digital solutions
- Supporting innovation and digital transformation initiatives across Regional Build
- Helping strengthen client confidence in our secure delivery capability.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
- Proven experience in cyber security management, governance, or information assurance
- Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, NIST)
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, or complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance technical expertise with commercial awareness
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or regulated industries is advantageous.
