Location: Manchester Picadilly

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store-Based person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-facing ability and a commitment to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

Sorting & Accountability: Sort collected documents and ensure all are accounted for; maintaining meticulous records to guarantee nothing is misplaced.
Safe Storage: Store documents in a secure manner to ensure their protection and confidentiality.
Packing & Dispatching: Accurately pack and send items to the correct customers, adhering to postal and handling procedures.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers attending our location for store based enquiries, guiding them through the process and ensuring their needs are met.
Phone Enquiries: Answer phone calls from customers inquiring about the status of their items, providing updates and information in a professional manner.
Working Under Pressure: Handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy, particularly during peak collection and delivery times.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Proven ability to pick and pack items efficiently.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
Ability to pass a DBS check.
