Duties
- Develop detailed 3D animations and choreographies for drone light shows using software such as Blender
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate creative concepts into executable drone flight paths, ensuring safety and precision.
- Utilize programming languages like Python, C#, or C++ to script and automate drone movements and synchronization.
- Manage version control and project assets efficiently using tools such as Perforce to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Integrate visual effects created in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or Unreal Engine into show sequences for enhanced visual impact.
- Conduct thorough testing and simulation of drone choreography within Unity or Unreal Engine environments to verify accuracy before live execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of animation processes, technical specifications, and safety protocols to support project integrity.
Experience
- Proven experience in 3D modeling and animation using Blender
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, photography, and anatomy to create realistic and engaging animations.
- Familiarity with drone technology including flight dynamics and safety considerations for aerial displays.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects for post-production refinement.
- Hands-on experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for simulation and show development.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Perforce to manage complex project assets efficiently.
- Technical skills in programming languages including Python, C#, or C++ to develop custom automation scripts.
