Job Description:
We’re looking for someone with knowledge of tooling and/or logistics who is eager to embrace new technology and develop new skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple manufacturing sites, building strong relationships and supporting a range of business areas to improve asset management and operational performance. Core duties:
- Tool Control processes and how a Tool store operates
- Updating asset locations within a database
- Daily Weekly and monthly checks within the Tool store
- Control of Consumable Items i.e. POL’s and the SHE regulations involved
- Borrowed and loaned Tool procedure
- Calibrated Tooling procedure
- Key control procedure
- Receipt of new tooling process
- Disposal process
- Defective Tool process
- MAOS oversight checks
- W016 document process adherence
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of working within a customer facing role i.e. customer service, sales and/or retail etc.
- Paying meticulous attention to details as this role is part of the Air Safety Life Cycle
- Demonstrable experience of being able to multitask
- Ability to work by yourself and as part of a team within a fast paced, high pressured environment
- GCSE or equivalent experience in English and Maths (Grade C and above)
