We've helped launch over 280 ventures, secured millions in funding for startups, and work with clients including The FA, Cleveland Police, and Transport for Wales. We design and build digital products using human-centred design and cutting-edge technology - from web and app development through to VR and AI.

We're based in Middlesbrough with a presence in London and Riyadh, and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for someone to join our team as an Associate Product Manager based at our Middlesbrough HQ. You'll work closely with our product team across live projects - getting hands-on experience in delivery, discovery, client communication and quality assurance from day one. This is a role for someone early in their career or looking for a career change and who is hungry to learn, takes ownership naturally, and wants to grow quickly in a fast-moving agency environment.

You don't need to have done everything in this role before - we will invest in developing you. What matters most is attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to do great work.

Location: Middlesbrough (office based with some flexibility)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Experience: 0-2 years (perfect for graduates and career changers)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Reports to: Head of Product & Projects

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside our product team on live client projects, taking on increasing responsibility as you develop. Day to day that looks like:

Project Delivery

Support the day-to-day delivery of digital product projects, keeping tasks, timelines and communications organised and on track.
Help manage risks, blockers and dependencies - flagging issues early and keeping stakeholders informed.
Take part in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and client reviews.
Work closely with design and development teams to make sure delivery stays aligned to the brief.
Perform quality assurance testing on new features before they go to clients for user acceptance testing.
Help triage bugs and feature requests with the development team, keeping products running smoothly.

Discovery & Scoping

Support structured discovery sessions with clients - helping to surface requirements and understand the brief before any work begins.
Contribute to defining project scope alongside the rest of the product team.
Learn how to draft project proposals and develop your written and presenting communication skills over time.

Client & Team

Build positive working relationships with clients, acting as a reliable day-to-day point of contact as your confidence grows.
Contribute to internal processes and help shape how the product function develops as the business grows.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Confidence using digital tools and a genuine curiosity about digital products, technology, and how things are built.
Good written and verbal communication - you can explain things clearly and with conviction.
Strong organisational skills and a great attention to detail.
A natural sense of ownership - you follow things through without needing to be chased.
Willingness to learn.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office.
Based in or near Middlesbrough or able to commit to regular in-office working.

Desirable

Some experience in a client-facing role - even if that is through a placement, internship, or part-time work.
An interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
