With 119 contemporary bedrooms and the renowned Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill on site, we pride ourselves on delivering warm, memorable guest experiences from the moment our doors open.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

In this Supervisory role you will be working 40 hours a week and will be responsible for the overall co-ordination of all overnight operations within the hotel ensuring that the required standards are achieved at all times. Shifts are 5 days from 7 and the hours are 10.00pm - 6.30am (this includes weekends and bank holidays).

You will be undertaking the night audit and completing associated duties and reports on a nightly basis, assisting with late arrivals or early departures, helping guests with requests or enquiries, monitoring hotel security, providing room service and drinks service to guests and ensuring the hotel public areas are to the highest possible standards.

No hotel experience? No problem. If you have a background in customer service and the right attitude we will provide full training.

Successful candidates will undergo a basic DBS check (which we will pay for) which must be passed for probation to be passed.
