NIKE NOIRE FRAGRANCE LTD operates a premier fragrance house specializing in the luxury retail and lifestyle sectors. We focus on the creation, online sales, and direct-to-customer distribution of fine perfumes, signature scents, artisanal body oils, and premium home and body fragrance for both adults and children.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our business footprint by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will drive revenue growth and help establish our brand as a leader in the industry. This position offers an exciting chance to leverage your B2B sales expertise, analysis skills, and leadership qualities to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target prospective business clients across various industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through proactive communication and personalized engagement.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to tailor effective sales strategies.
Utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance accurately.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior members, sharing best practices, and fostering a motivated environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years recommended) in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles, ideally within retail, e‑commerce, fragrance or premium service sectors.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional qualification/experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
