Opening and Wrapping Parcels
Answering Telephone Enquiries, must have good telephone manner
Dealing with customers at Reception
Processing Ebay orders
Taking Card Payments on the phone
Raising sales invoices and posting them on xero
Must be available for immediate start

**Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant**

**Location:** waterlooville

**Hours:** 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

**Position Type:** Part-Time

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. This position is a permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **General Office Support:**

- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.

- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

- **Data Entry and Document Management:**

- Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing and organizing paperwork.

- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and creating reports as needed.

- Prepare and proofread documents, emails, and internal communications.

- **Office Supplies and Inventory:**

- Monitor office supplies and ensure that necessary items are stocked.

- Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain vendor relationships.

- **Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks:**

- Assist with other administrative duties as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and organizing files.

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and managing invoices (if applicable).

**Qualifications:**

- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Positive, professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Prior experience with Xero is essential
