Real Estate Project Manager
Location: Cheadle, Reading or Crawley (with UK Wide Travel)

You’ll lead high‑profile capital projects that directly influence the future of our UK sites
You’ll work with senior leaders and diverse teams, building strong relationships and shaping strategic decisions
You’ll have the freedom to drive improvements, challenge assumptions and introduce better ways of working
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values empathy, communication and inclusive leadership
You’ll see the real‑world impact of your work — from new builds to major fit‑outs to workplace transformations
This is a role with visibility, influence and the chance to leave a legacy.
Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover
Managing budgets with transparency and confidence
Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard
Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II
Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME
Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects
Overseeing small works and maintaining a “no surprises” culture
Experience delivering major construction or fit‑out projects
A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
A proactive, self‑driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
