3-Month Paid Summer Placement | High Wycombe + Hybrid Working

Looking for a summer role where you’ll gain real commercial experience, build your CV and develop practical workplace skills?

We’re offering an exciting 3-month summer placement within our Customer Operations team. This is a great opportunity for university students looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment while earning over the summer.

You’ll support our customer care and operations team with customer communications, data processing and administration — while also getting exposure to wider business functions to help build a well-rounded commercial understanding.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting customer service operations via phone and email
Processing customer orders and updating systems accurately
Managing customer queries and helping resolve issues professionally
Maintaining records and CRM systems
Assisting with reporting and administrative tasks
Working closely with different internal teams across the business
