Full job description

Chiller Engineer

Yorkshire

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch)
Travel: Door-to-door paid
On call: 1 in 6 on call + £90 standby
Leave: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your birthday off

We are a well-established Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Heating provider, operating successfully for over 30 years. With a team of more than 200 staff across the UK, we deliver high-quality engineering solutions to blue-chip clients including national and local government, NHS, education, offices, and distribution sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out warranty work, part replacements, fault finding, remedials, planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns
Work on a wide variety of systems including:
Chillers (air-cooled & water-cooled)
Free cooling systems
Pump sets and associated plant
The role will be primarily focused on chillers and associated plant (approx. 70–80%), with the remainder involving broader HVAC systems as needed
