The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes, identifying technology-driven improvements, and implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the company's property development, construction, sales, finance, estate management, and customer service functions. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT function, ensuring technology solutions align with organisational objectives while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and IT vendors.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications and process maps.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend technology solutions to improve operational performance.

Digital Transformation

Support the implementation of digital systems across the organisation.
Lead projects aimed at improving business efficiency through technology.
Recommend innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experience and internal operations.
Promote the adoption of digital workflows and paperless processes.

Property Development Systems

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of:

Property Management Systems
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
Construction Project Management Software
Document Management Systems
Estate Management Systems
Smart Estate Technologies
Online Customer Portals
Payment Management Systems

Process Improvement

Review business workflows across departments and recommend improvements.
Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficient processes.
Standardise operational procedures using technology solutions.
Develop workflow diagrams and process documentation.

Project Management Support

Assist in planning and coordinating IT and business improvement projects.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
Liaise with internal departments, consultants and software vendors.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed scope.

Systems Analysis

Evaluate existing software applications and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify system defects and coordinate resolutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyse operational and business data to support strategic decision-making.
Produce management reports and dashboards.
Monitor key business performance indicators.
Ensure data integrity across business systems.

The successful candidate is required to have/be the following:

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI, SQL or CRM systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of property development or construction systems
Good understanding of business processes and IT systems.
Solid experience of working with international clients/investors
Excellent Communication skills, both written & verbal
Motivation to go above & beyond targets
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Fluency in Ga or Twi is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary: £55,000 p.a.
