Job Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding SME and play a key part in shaping how support is delivered across the business.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with constant change, competing priorities, and a high volume of ad hoc requests. The role requires a proactive individual who can stay organised while responding quickly to shifting demands and supporting both structured tasks and reactive day-to-day needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day PA and administrative support to senior management
Manage busy and frequently changing diaries, scheduling meetings and resolving clashes
Handle a high volume of ad hoc and reactive requests throughout the day
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions
Assist with email management, including drafting responses and prioritising correspondence
Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics at short notice when required
Maintain accurate records, documents, trackers, and filing systems
Support teams across the business with administrative and coordination needs
Track tasks and deadlines, proactively chasing actions and following through to completion
Act as a key point of contact with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

This role suits someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy business and feels comfortable juggling priorities, responding quickly, and staying organised under pressure.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset
Able to remain calm under pressure and shift priorities quickly
Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Previous experience in an administrative or PA/support role

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience working within an SME or fast-growing business
Exposure to property, construction, or similar industries
Familiarity with task tracking or document management systems
