About This Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedication Healthcare Assistants to join our team, supporting a very sociable lady who enjoys spending quality times with her family, friends and care team.
She has a love for sensory activities, music and listening to stories being read to her. Every day brings an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while supporting her to live a fulfilling and enjoyable life.
You will provide person centred support across a variety of settings, including:
- Supporting her within her own home
- Accompanying her on community outings and activities
- Assisting her at her local day centre, which she regularly attends
As part of this rewarding role, you will:
- Build a positive and trusting relationship with her and her support network
- Encourage participants in activities she enjoys
- Support her health, wellbeing, and independence
- Support and safely manage any required clinical interventions
- Promote dignity, choice, and person–centred care at all times

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling.
- Clear communication skills.
- Pet friendly – Cat within the home.
