Radius Group are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling and Training Co-ordinator to join our Plant Installation / Contract Lift Division based in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, planning and administration, with a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in ensuring our training records remain compliant, work schedules are efficiently managed and operational teams have the support they need to deliver projects safely and successfully.

About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating employee training, maintaining compliance records and supporting the scheduling of operational work activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing employee and subcontractor training records and certification.
- Booking and coordinating internal and external training courses.
- Monitoring qualification expiry dates and arranging renewals.
- Sourcing training providers and obtaining best value for the business.
- Maintaining training databases and compliance records.
- Creating and maintaining project folders within SharePoint and CRM systems.
- Uploading and managing daily work schedules and task allocations.
- Maintaining site reports, lift plans and project documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Assisting with scheduling activities to ensure operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to solve problems.
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
Essential
- Experience in an administration, scheduling or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, engineering or lifting operations.
- Knowledge of SharePoint, CRM or scheduling software.
- Understanding of training compliance and competency management.
- Knowledge of SHEQC or ISO management systems.
