Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and establish rapport to understand their vehicle requirements
- Demonstrate utilised vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits to maximise interest
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to enhance sales value
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone or email to nurture leads and secure appointments
- Keep abreast of current stock levels, vehicle specifications, and promotional offers
- Organise test drives efficiently while adhering to company policies and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards during the sales process
Skills
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential for trainees; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Strong phone etiquette and organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently
- Proficiency in CRM software to track customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining high levels of customer service
