Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Wellingborough for our customer, the largest coffee shop chain in the UK, Costa Coffee.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Any 5 from 7 with the hours of 15:00 – 23:00.

Hourly rate of £13.08 (plus £2.33 for the hours worked at freezer and £1.19 for driving FLT)

What you will do on a typical day:

Pick, load and unload products safely and accurately
Tip and process outside suppliers as well as manage backhauls
Input data using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Use MHE equipment that you have been trained on

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team and on your own when required
Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths
Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable
