The Role
We’re looking for a confident, engaging and credible Learning & Development Partner to deliver and embed high-quality training across our Group.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, you’ll be working directly with teams across homes, schools and central services to ensure learning is practical, consistent and embedded in day-to-day practice.
You won’t be designing strategy, but you will play a key role in bringing learning to life on the ground.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging training across residential care, education and central teams
- Facilitate inductions, mandatory training and specialist programmes
- Embed learning into practice, not just the classroom
- Support services to remain compliant and inspection-ready
- Coordinate and deliver training across multiple locations
- Build strong relationships with managers and teams
- Identify capability gaps and support workforce development
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning programmes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience delivering training in regulated environments (children’s care, education or similar)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and workforce development
- Confident, engaging facilitator who can connect with frontline teams
- Ability to translate learning into practical, real-world application
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Credibility and confidence to work with operational leaders
- Passion for developing people and improving outcomes
