Full job description

At Youwe, we help international brands navigate the complex world of digital growth. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring clients thrive in a fast-paced market.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations
Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects
Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes
Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions
From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

Must-haves:

5+ years’ experience as Implementation or Technical
Consultant, preferably in a digital agency
Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with AI-driven enrichment or automation
Familiarity with commerce platforms, CMS, or ERP integrations
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science
