The UK Sports Institute and GB Archery have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Lifestyle Practitioner and wellbeing coordinator to work with their Olympic and Paralympic World Class Programme.
A snapshot of the role…
n this dynamic and impactful role, you’ll work directly with World Class Programme (WCPP) athletes, empowering them to build the mindset, habits, and resilience needed to excel on the world stage, while also thriving beyond sport.
You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping well-rounded individuals by:

Supporting athletes to develop professional performance behaviours

Helping them balance the pressures of elite sport with personal growth

Guiding their holistic development, from wellbeing to career planning
Make a Real Impact
You’ll be instrumental in:

Bridging the gap between pathway athletes and the centralised performance programme

Delivering seamless onboarding experiences that set athletes up for success

Embedding personalised development plans that accelerate progress and build sustainable routines
Champion Wellbeing & Development
Aligned to the UKSI Performance Lifestyle Framework, you’ll provide support across key areas including:

Athlete wellbeing & mental health
-
Career and education pathways
-
Financial awareness and life skills
-
Transition into, through, and beyond sport
As part of the Mental Health Working Group, you’ll also help design and deliver impactful wellbeing initiatives that enhance both athlete and staff experience within the performance environment.
