formyou. Pilates House is a new boutique Pilates studio opening in Crouch End, Haringey, North London. We are building a premium, community-led space that puts the client experience at the centre of everything. We want the right person to grow with us.
The opportunity:
This is not a standard instructor role. We are looking for someone who wants to be a key part of the business - teaching, leading, and helping build something they can be proud of. As the studio grows, so does your role and your earning potential.
What you'll be doing:
- Teaching reformer and mat Pilates classes to small groups
- Overseeing day-to-day studio logistics and operations
- Building relationships with clients and creating a genuine community
- Creating and managing social media content - Instagram and TikTok
- Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing new techniques and ideas to the studio
- Being the face of formyou. when the founder isn't present
What we're looking for:
- Qualified in both reformer and mat Pilates - Balanced Body, Merrithew, or equivalent
- A genuine passion for Pilates and the wellness industry
- Someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the client experience
- An established and active social media presence - Instagram and/or TikTok
- Confident, professional, and able to represent the brand authentically
- Hungry to learn - we will invest in your development and training in new techniques
- Someone who wants to grow with a business, not just work for one
