About the Role
We're looking for an experienced CAD professional to join our Product Ordering team. This is a drawings-focused role with no quoting involved, turning completed site surveys into accurate CAD files for supplier ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review completed survey forms for completeness and accuracy
- Identify errors or missing information on survey forms
- Chase surveyors directly for any missing or unclear information
- Produce CAD files based on approved survey forms using Logikal CAD software
- Amend and update CAD files as required
- Send finalised CAD files and orders to the relevant supplier
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience using Logikal CAD software
- Previous experience in the windows and doors industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable chasing colleagues for missing information
- Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise against order deadlines
Desirable:
- Familiarity with steel door products and specifications
- Experience liaising directly with suppliers on technical order queries
This role is drawings and ordering only. Quoting is handled by a separate team.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
