Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various channels
Identify potential clients through B2B (business-to-business) sales approaches and establish lasting relationships
Manage and grow our social media channels (content creation, scheduling, community engagement)
Design and maintain our website, ensuring it's up to date, on-brand, and user-friendly
Support with occasional email marketing and customer communications
Plan and run in-store and community events to boost footfall and brand awareness
Create and manage seasonal promotions, offers, and loyalty campaigns
Oversee online sales channels and third-party platforms (e.g., ordering apps, delivery partners)
Improve Google SEO and local search visibility to drive new customer discovery
Monitor and report on marketing performance (social, web, and sales metrics)
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining client satisfaction
Manage time efficiently to balance multiple client meetings, follow-ups, and administrative tasks effectively

Skills

Experience in marketing, social media, or digital sales (agency or brand-side)
Basic website design/CMS skills (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or Shopify)
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and local search optimisation
Creative flair with strong written and visual communication skills
Confident using design tools (e.g., Canva) and social scheduling platforms
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects
A genuine interest in coffee, café culture, or hospitality is a bonus
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed for client visits and sales activities
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms for marketing purposes
Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail for managing schedules, client records, and follow-ups
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a part-time work schedule
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward understanding client needs
