Join Our Team:

Looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference?

Newburgh Networks is a friendly, established IT support company with a growing customer base and an excellent reputation for customer service.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Finance and Office Administrator to become a key part of our team.

This is a primarily home-based role, offering flexible part-time hours to fit around your lifestyle, with occasional visits to our Dorset head office.

What You'll Do:

Manage customer calls and emails.
Generate and reconcile invoices using QuickBooks Online and our in-house system.
Support our engineers with day-to-day administration.
Manage diaries and appointments.
Help keep the business running efficiently.

What You'll Bring:

Essential:

Experience using QuickBooks Online.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive, proactive approach.
Confident using a Microsoft Windows computer and other IT systems.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Full UK driving licence and the ability to attend our Dorset office when required.

Desirable:

Experience with Halo PSA.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

£15–£17 per hour, depending on experience.
Flexible 20–30 hours per week.
