Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (Blackbushe)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Job Status: 6 month fixed term contract

Main Purpose of The Role:
To support with the day-to-day processing of supplier / vendor invoices, ensuring that the information provided is accurate, queries are investigated, and payments are processed on time
Key Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Verifying Invoices and credit notes in Action Centre
- Processing invoices and credit notes outside of automation
- Processing of self-bill invoices
- Managing the AP email box ensuring queries are investigated and resolved to agreed timelines
- Liaising with Operations, Branches, other BCA companies and suppliers
- Statement reconciliation’s
- Preparing payment proposals
- Posting ad-hoc/dd payments and allocating to invoice
- Any ad-hoc duties to support the wider Finance Shared Service teams as required
Basic Experience/Skills Required
- Good telephone manner.
- Good communication skills.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good Excel Skills
- Team Player
- Able to meet Deadlines
- Flexibility to be able to work extra hours during Month End/Period End if necessary
- Previous relevant Accounts Payable experience essential
- Previous experience with Self Billing desirable
