What you’ll be doing

Translate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales needs into clear analytical requirements, KPIs and functional specifications
Design, build and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data models to drive pricing, promotion and assortment decisions
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to connect front-end analytics with our Databricks Data Lakehouse
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations stakeholders across markets to turn data into actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy and quality, test solutions and drive user adoption in an international environment
Contribute to broader commercial and performance analytics initiatives as the function grows

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics or similar roles within FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail or other fast-paced, commercially driven environments
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, visualization best practices)
Solid understanding of Revenue Growth Management, Sales analytics and commercial performance metrics
Experience working cross-functionally across markets with senior Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders
Good knowledge of data modelling concepts, Power Query and data governance, with hands-on working ability in Databricks and SQL
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Fluency in English, written and spoken
