About the Role
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work with Freesia’s marketing and clinical outreach teams to build our online brand. You will help design and share content that promotes mental health awareness, updates on services, and educational materials.
What You Will Be Doing
· Planning and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
· Helping design and schedule posts, stories, infographics, and reels
· Tracking performance and assisting with strategy reviews
· Supporting the promotion of upcoming events and new services
What You Will Learn
· How social media is used to support healthcare communication
· Practical experience in content planning and design
· Working with clinical staff to translate messages into campaigns
· Introduction to brand building in the health and wellness sector
Minimum Requirements
· Creative thinker with attention to detail
· Strong writing skills and basic understanding of visual design
· Able to work independently and meet content deadlines
· Interested in healthcare, digital media, or community impact
· Basic skills in Canva or similar platforms
Preferred but Not Required
· Experience with managing content calendars or small business accounts
· Familiarity with engagement metrics or campaign analysis
· Comfortable creating short-form video or reels
