Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, generate new business, and close sales within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual sales meetings.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred).
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
