About the role

Support residents through the night and help make every morning a positive one.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Residential Night Workers to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well supported, while promoting their dignity, wellbeing and independence.

Working Pattern

20 hours per week
Two night shifts per week
Monday to Thursday: 21:30 to 07:30
Friday, Saturday and Bank Holidays: 22:00 to 08:00

You Will

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments.
Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and other overnight needs.
Carry out regular welfare checks and respond promptly to residents' needs.
Administer medication where trained and authorised.
Maintain accurate care records, incident reports and handover documentation.
Promote residents' dignity, choice, independence and safety at all times.
Respond appropriately to emergencies, safeguarding concerns and health and safety incidents.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals and partner agencies.
Help maintain a clean, safe and secure environment throughout the night.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the quality of care and support.

Has experience working in a health or social care setting.

Is organised, reliable and able to maintain accurate records.
