Parksafe Group is a leading supplier of vehicle safety, camera, telematics, and transport technology solutions serving customers across the UK and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly organised Internal Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales operations.
The Role
The Internal Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and helping to drive sales growth through efficient administration and account support.
This is a fast-paced position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience within an internal sales, sales administration, or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing quotations and sales proposals.
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Supporting the external sales team with administration and customer follow-up.
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, stock availability, and pricing.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM and ERP systems.
- Assisting with account management and customer retention activities.
- Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities.
- Coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Producing sales reports and administrative documentation as required.
- Supporting marketing and sales campaigns when required.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Support the Install Team with daily planning, scheduling, and administration
- Coordinate customer appointments and communicate installation updates
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Monitor installation progress and help resolve operational issues
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Previous experience in an Internal Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or similar commercial role.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong customer service focus.
Desirable
- Experience working within the automotive, transport, technology, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of sales order processing and account management procedures.
- Understanding of vehicle safety or telematics products.
