HOX Property Care is expanding and we're looking for experienced plumbers, multi-trade operatives and general handymen to join our growing contractor network across London.
We have opportunities for both planned daytime maintenance and out of hours emergency call outs, supporting a growing portfolio of landlords, estate agents, property managers and commercial clients.
Whether you're looking for additional work around your existing business or regular ongoing work, we'd love to hear from you.

Typical Work Includes
✔ Reactive plumbing repairs
✔ Emergency call outs
✔ General handyman repairs
✔ Property maintenance
✔ Toilet, tap & waste repairs
✔ Lock changes & door adjustments
✔ Basic carpentry
✔ Minor electrical works (where qualified)
✔ Decorating & making good
✔ Property refreshes
✔ Planned maintenance visits
✔ End of tenancy maintenance
We're looking for people who are:
✔ Experienced in property maintenance
✔ Reliable and responsive
✔ Professional with customers
✔ Able to work independently
✔ Good problem solvers
✔ Proud of the standard of their work
Essential Requirements
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Own vehicle
✅ Own tools
✅ Right to work in the UK
✅Public Liability Insurance preferred for self-employed contractors.
