Calling all passionate foodies with a love for Italian hospitality!

Bronzo, a Sardinian in the heart of Chiswick, is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team. We specialise in bringing the flavours of Sardinia to London, offering authentic Sardinian and Italian cuisine alongside delicious homemade pasta in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you'll be:

The face of Bronzo: Warmly greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in.
A culinary guide: Taking accurate food and drink orders, explaining our menu offerings, including our Sardinian specialities, and providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
A service champion: Ensuring every customer's experience is exceptional, from taking orders and processing payments to addressing any enquiries or concerns and checking in on them throughout their meal.
A team player: Collaborating with your colleagues to maintain a clean and organised environment, ensuring smooth operations by delivering food and beverages promptly, cleaning and resetting tables efficiently, and assisting in other areas as needed.

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for Italian cuisine, with a special appreciation for Sardinian food and culture.
A warm, friendly, and professional personality with a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Previous experience in customer service within hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or similar environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in recommending and upselling menu items.
The ability to remain calm, organised, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively during busy service periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Basic bartending and/or barista experience is preferred; additional training can be provided.
A solid understanding of food hygiene and food safety best practices.
Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and cash transactions accurately.
Fluent English is essential; conversational Italian would be a strong advantage.
An appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere and values of a family-run Italian restaurant. bility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Basic bartending or barista skills are required—training can be provided, but previous experience is preferred
