The Opportunity…

The Seven Hotel require experienced bartending staff to join the team working within our brand new luxury hotel and restaurant.

Develop and serve outstanding cocktails and drinks at our Gin Bar
To lead and assist in the efficient running of the bar
Maintain at all times, the highest standards of customer expectations
Join a team that really cares about developing a welcoming working environment

You…

Previous experience of working in a bar with a proven track record of delivering
The ability to work smart and a vision to plan ahead for the next step of service
Outstanding attention to detail
Ability to deliver warmth, charm and hospitality in every aspect of the role
Have a passion for great food and drink
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Open-minded and flexible with the ability to think outside the box
