Promote staff engagement by facilitating open communication, encouraging feedback and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Act as the local lead for facilities and workplace management, ensuring the centre remains safe, compliant and operationally effective.
Liaise with property, facilities and service providers to resolve maintenance issues, coordinate repairs and address environmental concerns affecting service delivery.
Monitor and escalate risks relating to building operations, facilities and workplace safety that could affect business continuity or staff wellbeing.
Support compliance with statutory, organisational and environmental requirements, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
Collect, analyse and present attendance, performance and management information to support local governance and decision-making.
Provide guidance to managers and staff on organisational policies, procedures and people-management processes.
Support the consistent application of organisational policies and employment frameworks.
Develop and maintain knowledge of contact management, dispatch and operational processes to support effective service delivery.
Utilise operational systems and technology to support daily business activities, performance management and service delivery.
Support coordination during significant incidents and periods of increased operational demand, working with relevant stakeholders as required.
