About the Role
We're looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to help grow our divorce, separation and new relationship services.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role where you'll manage and optimise activity across our paid channels, contribute to our performance marketing strategy, and help us make better use of data, automation and creative to drive sustainable commercial growth.
You'll be responsible for performance across acquisition and conversion, using paid media, experimentation and customer insights to deliver against targets including revenue, LTV:CAC, conversion and lead quality.
You'll work closely with product, brand, sales, data and CX to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes. You'll track, analyse and report on performance, identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve results. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas and recommendations around channel strategy, creative testing and the wider customer journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the platforms, is comfortable working with data and wants to have genuine ownership and impact within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
This is a hybrid role based in our Holborn office, working in the office 2 days per week, or more if you wish.
Key Responsibilities
As our Growth & Performance Manager, you will:

Manage and optimise multi-channel performance marketing – running and improving activity across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit.

Drive commercial performance against revenue, LTV:CAC, conversion and product-mix targets, using data and customer value to inform budget allocation and optimisation.

Help develop our use of AI and automation – identifying opportunities to improve campaign management, reporting, data analysis and audience targeting through automation and AI.

Contribute to creative strategy across UGC, short-form video and structured creative testing, using performance data to understand what resonates with different audiences.

Optimise the customer journey through CRO, structured experimentation and proposition testing, working with relevant teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion.

Support our approach to measurement and attribution, using platform data alongside approaches such as incrementality testing and other measurement techniques to understand performance.

Navigate sensitive-category advertising while maintaining strong signal quality through effective tracking, Consent Mode v2 and first-party data.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Sales, Data and CX to improve lead quality, share customer insights and connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
About You

You have strong, recent, hands-on experience running and optimising paid media, particularly Google Ads, Meta and YouTube, with experience across other paid channels.

You have a proven track record of improving performance and delivering against commercial targets, such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, revenue, conversion or LTV:CAC.

You are comfortable managing budgets and making day-to-day decisions around campaign structure, bidding, targeting, creative and budget allocation.

You have a strong interest in AI and automation, and are keen to explore how these can improve performance marketing, reporting and data analysis.

You're proficient with data – GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, BI tools and A/B testing frameworks are part of your toolkit.

You have an understanding of modern measurement and tracking, including first-party data, conversion tracking and privacy-led measurement.

Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform would be beneficial, particularly around understanding the relationship between acquisition, lead quality and customer value.

You are a clear communicator who can translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects at pace, and enjoy working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
