Landscape Artisan Ltd is an established, family-run landscape design and construction company based in Hampton, Surrey. We specialise in creating exceptional, high-quality residential gardens across South West London and Surrey.

Summary

We are looking for an Experienced Hard Landscaper to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working on bespoke residential landscaping projects, you'll be involved in every stage of construction, from groundwork and setting out through to the finishing touches. This is an opportunity to work on interesting, varied projects where quality is always prioritised over speed.

Responsibilities

Construct high-quality domestic gardens to an exceptional standard.
Lay porcelain paving, natural stone and block paving accurately and professionally.
Build brick walls, raised beds and garden structures.
Install composite and timber decking, fencing and other landscape features.
Carry out drainage, excavation and groundwork.
Read and work from construction drawings.
Operate excavators, dumpers and landscaping equipment safely.
Maintain a tidy, organised and safe working environment.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Represent Landscape Artisan professionally when working at clients' homes.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience in hard landscaping.
Excellent hard landscaping skills (paving, decking etc)
Good understanding of levels, drainage and setting out.
High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Desirable

Experience operating excavators and dumpers.
Composite decking experience.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Soft landscaping and planting experience.
