We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Bath Vets - Rosemary Lodge Hospital on a part-time basis.

Located in the stunning city of Bath, Rosemary Lodge is a long-established Tier 3 veterinary hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including on-site MRI, CT, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and in-house diagnostic capabilities. We take pride in fostering a friendly and supportive working environment with a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. Our team is actively encouraged to enhance their skills and knowledge through in-house training and CPD opportunities.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

This is a part time role, working at all Bath Vets sites - an average of 24 hours per week.

General responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting clients
Booking appointments
Dealing with any queries
Taking payments
Dispensing medication
Interacting with customers
