Full job description

Experienced Property Administrator | Forest Gate, London | Full-Time

A well-established property services company in Forest Gate is looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to support a busy, friendly team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment. Previous experience in property administration is advantageous. Hours of work 9.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. No hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

Filing, handling calls, emails and general enquiries
Supporting with tenancy/lease administration, renewals and property management tasks
Maintaining organised property files, records and documentation
Updating Access Database and spreadsheets, saving emails
Liaising with suppliers, contractors and other external parties
Dealing with council, utility companies, reviewing invoices and arranging payments
Completing on boarding tasks including property information forms
Assisting with compliance tasks including arranging safety certifications
Arranging necessary repairs and maintenance
Providing general administrative and reception support

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident written and verbal communication
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Access) and excellent attention to detail
A proactive, team-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure
