We work with post-16 learners who did not achieve a national benchmark in secondary school. This is a very rewarding role, allowing us to tackle the barriers these learners face.

What you’ll be doing…

delivering high-quality GCSE English lessons to post-16 learners.
engaging students who may have struggled with English in the past
supporting learners in developing the confidence to achieve their goals
creating a positive and inspiring classroom environment that fosters growth and resilience
working collaboratively in a supportive team

What we’re looking for…

a passion for English and the ability to make it accessible and engaging
exceptional communication skills, helping you build meaningful relationships with young people
ability to thrive in a supportive yet challenging teaching environment
committed to making a real difference in the lives of learners

You’ll get 50 days’ paid holiday and an extra 29% of salary paid into your pension. (Holidays quoted include Christmas closure and bank holidays)
