6-Week Sales & Marketing Internship

Kick-start your career with real business experience.

Are you looking to gain valuable, hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing? Whether you're a student, recent graduate or simply looking to develop new skills, this six-week internship with A4 Plus offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within a growing engineering consultancy and technical recruitment business.

This is more than just work experience—you'll be involved in genuine business activities that will help you build confidence, develop commercial awareness and strengthen your CV.

During your internship, you'll gain experience in:

Sales and business development
Digital and social media marketing
Creating marketing campaigns and promotional content
Market research and lead generation
Customer relationship management (CRM)
Business administration
Professional communication via email and telephone
Understanding the engineering and technical recruitment sectors

We're looking for someone who is:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn
A confident communicator
Well organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online tools
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
