From social media campaigns and digital advertising to branded content and promotional videos, we create visuals that capture attention and leave lasting impressions. We're looking for a Motion Designer / Animator who thrives on creativity, enjoys solving visual challenges, and can transform ideas into polished animations that connect with audiences.

This is more than simply animating assets—you'll play an important role in shaping the visual identity of client campaigns. Working alongside designers, marketers, and creative strategists, you'll bring concepts to life through motion graphics, video editing, and engaging storytelling across a variety of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics Production: Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animated assets, promotional videos, and visual content for digital platforms.

Animation Development: Develop engaging animations from concept through final delivery, ensuring each project meets creative objectives and brand guidelines.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, transitions, sound synchronization, typography, and visual effects.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, marketers, and project managers to transform creative concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Storyboarding & Concepting: Produce storyboards, animation concepts, and visual treatments that communicate ideas clearly before production begins.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all animation and video content maintains consistency with client branding and creative direction.

Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with motion design trends, animation techniques, software updates, and digital content best practices to continually enhance creative output.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Production, or a related creative role.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, video editing, and creative storytelling is highly encouraged. We want to see your creative thinking, technical ability, and finished work.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, along with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is considered an advantage.

Creative Ability: Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, colour theory, pacing, and visual storytelling across digital media.

Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to receive feedback, contribute creative ideas, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Mindset: You're creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing engaging content. You enjoy learning new techniques, solving creative challenges, and delivering work that exceeds expectations while meeting project deadlines.

Pay: £34,420.00-£40,434.98 per year
