This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the VCH is welcoming, responsive and provides high-quality support to members of the Armed Forces Community.
Working as part of the VALOUR programme, you’ll contribute to a coordinated, multi-agency approach that improves access to services and delivers better outcomes for the Armed Forces Community.

You’ll be a central part of a dedicated team, contributing to a coordinated, multi-agency approach through the VALOUR programme.
About You

- Experienced in a frontline support, community or advice role
- Confident in coordinating services or supporting staff/volunteers
- Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
- A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Committed to delivering a person-centred, inclusive service
We are committed to supporting the Armed Forces Community and actively encourage applications from veterans, reservists and military family members.
Benefits:
