TOPCHIRO and Top Chiropractic UK are growing chiropractic businesses with an ambitious vision for building a leading UK chiropractic brand.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Digital Growth & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity across paid advertising, SEO, websites, content, local search and digital lead generation.
This is an in-house role. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, execute rather than simply outsource, and use data to continually improve our marketing performance.
You will be responsible for managing and growing the digital presence of TOPCHIRO and Top Chiropractic UK.
Your primary objective will be simple:
Generate more high-quality enquiries and new clients through effective, measurable marketing.
You will own the strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting across our key digital channels.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable getting into Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, websites, SEO tools and content systems yourself rather than relying entirely on external agencies.
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns from end to end.
Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Build campaigns targeting new patient acquisition, specific treatments and local markets.
Manage budgets and continuously improve cost per lead and conversion rates.
Create and test different adverts, audiences, landing pages and offers.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Track enquiries and conversions accurately.
Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Continually test new approaches rather than simply maintaining existing campaigns.
Take ownership of the TOPCHIRO and Top Chiropractic UK websites.
Manage website content, landing pages, calls to action and conversion journeys.
Identify and fix issues affecting user experience and conversions.
Work with developers where technical changes are required.
Continually improve website conversion rates.
Ensure websites are fast, mobile-friendly and technically sound.
Create and manage landing pages for campaigns and specific treatments/locations.
Own and develop our SEO strategy, including:
Technical SEO.
On-page SEO.
Keyword research and search intent.
Local SEO.
Google Business Profile optimisation.
Content strategy.
Internal linking.
Location and treatment pages.
Competitor analysis.
Organic traffic growth.
Search rankings and visibility.
SEO reporting and measurement.
We want to build visibility not just in traditional Google search, but also in the rapidly developing world of AI search and answer engines.
You will be expected to develop our AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategy and understand how brands can become more visible within platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI results and other AI-powered search experiences.
This includes:
Structuring content to answer real patient questions.
Building topical authority.
Developing authoritative, useful content.
Improving entity and brand visibility.
Identifying opportunities for inclusion in AI-generated answers.
Monitoring how TOPCHIRO and Top Chiropractic UK appear across search and AI platforms.
Develop and execute a sustainable backlink strategy.
Identify high-quality websites and relevant industry opportunities.
Build relationships with relevant websites, organisations and publications.
Secure authoritative, relevant backlinks.
Identify digital PR opportunities.
Monitor backlink profiles and competitor link-building activity.
Quality is more important than quantity. We are not interested in spammy or low-quality link building.
Develop content ideas based on patient questions, search demand and business priorities.
Coordinate written, video and visual content.
Work with clinicians and the wider team to turn their expertise into high-quality content.
Manage organic social media activity where appropriate.
Repurpose content across website, social media, email and advertising.
Ensure content supports both SEO and patient acquisition.
You will be responsible for understanding what is actually generating business.

We are looking for someone who is commercial, analytical, technically capable and hands-on.
Proven experience managing Google Ads.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of SEO.
Experience managing websites/CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Experience with local SEO.
Understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Excellent written communication.
Commercial understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
Experience in healthcare, dental, chiropractic, physiotherapy, aesthetics or another local healthcare/service business.
Experience with multi-location businesses.
Experience with WordPress.
Experience with Google Tag Manager.
Experience with technical SEO.
Experience with link building and digital PR.
Experience with AEO / AI search optimisation.
Experience producing or managing video content.
Experience working with CRM and lead management systems.
We are not looking for someone who simply posts on social media and produces marketing reports.
We want a growth marketer.
