Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate measurable results. Your energetic approach will help us stay ahead in a competitive landscape, maximizing our online presence.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and content marketing.
Create engaging photo and video content to promote products, supermarket offers and new launches
Manage influencer outreach by identifying, contacting and building relationships with content creators to increase brand awareness
Coordinate influencer gifting campaigns and monitor campaign performance
Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Create compelling copy for ads, social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters that resonate with target audiences.
Produce marketing assets using Canva and other design tools for digital and print use
Support product launches and promotional campaigns through creative marketing initiatives
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; analyze data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing online communities.
Coordinate with internal teams on project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives; utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Introduce Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach while maintaining cost efficiency; continuously optimize based on performance metrics.
Support email marketing campaigns by segmenting audiences, designing templates, and tracking engagement metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, social media management, Google Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe suite for content creation.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills in English; capable of collaborating across teams and presenting ideas confidently.
Well-developed organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to handle a fast-paced workload efficiently
