Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Working Foreman to oversee and coordinate a variety of small to medium construction projects across Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience of a variety of trades and ideally joinery background. The job role will primevally look after on-going jobs and sub-contractors while working hands-on (on the tools) as/ when needed.

This role involves leading teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

Supervise daily site activities of current jobs.
Manage and plan sub-contractor trades to ensure deadlines are met.
Create project programmes and plan new projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor health and safety compliance on-site, addressing any hazards or issues promptly.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for senior management.
Assist in problem-solving on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain project quality standards
Proven experience within the construction industry - preferably commercial based but not essential
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering are desirable but not essential. This position offers an opportunity to lead dynamic projects within a professional environment that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Pay: £16.62-£30.00 per hour
