Following our successful opening, and with the business expanding as we prepare for the season, we are excited to announce that we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our Spa, The Sanctuary at Saltmoore.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all areas of the spa are maintained including, cryochamber, outdoor sauna, gym, relaxation room, treatment rooms, sauna and steam room, indoor pool, spa pool and wellness café.
- Manage and motivate a team of therapists, hosts and administrators and support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, increase bookings, and optimise spa revenue.
- Develop seasonal promotions, wellness programmes, and special events.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular management reports.
- Drive retail sales and maximise treatment bookings through effective promotions and upselling.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility repairs.
- Create and maintain a serene, welcoming atmosphere aligned with the brand’s vision of luxury and relaxation.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, treatments, and wellness products.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in spa management or hospitality management.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and guest service operations.
- Luxury hotel or resort experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial and commercial acumen.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
