In-House Marketing Manager
Location: Nantgarw, Cardiff (MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO THE OFFICE)

About Us
We’re a growing digital marketing agency with a team of 11, operating across two brands:
- Fit Pro Lead Gen – helping gyms, personal trainers and fitness businesses generate leads and new members.
- Francton Media & Marketing – helping service-based businesses generate enquiries, appointments and customers.
Our team spends all of their time managing marketing campaigns for our clients.
Now, we need an experienced marketer whose sole focus is marketing and growing our own businesses.
The Role
This is a hands-on role with real ownership.
You will be responsible for our organic marketing across both brands, including social media, content creation, email marketing and brand growth.
There is no other dedicated internal marketing person in the business.
We need someone experienced enough to:
- Take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.
- Work independently without needing daily direction.
- Identify opportunities and turn ideas into campaigns.
- Create and publish content consistently.
- Generate more awareness, inbound leads and sales opportunities.
- Track performance and improve what we’re doing.
Our team will continue to manage our paid Meta advertising campaigns.
You will own everything else when it comes to marketing our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content
- Manage our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube channels.
- Create and manage a consistent content calendar.
- Film and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories and Shorts.
- Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva.
- Turn client results into case studies, testimonials and engaging content.
- Repurpose podcasts, webinars and long-form content.
- Grow our audiences and increase engagement.
Email Marketing
- Plan and send regular email campaigns and newsletters.
- Write promotional and nurture emails.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities from our existing database.
- Track performance and improve open rates, clicks and conversions.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns.
- Generate new ideas to grow our brands and attract potential clients.
- Promote webinars, events, partnerships and company initiatives.
- Work with the sales and management teams to support new business growth.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities.
- Track marketing activity and report on leads, enquiries and results.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with proven hands-on marketing experience who is confident taking ownership of a company’s marketing.
You should have:
- At least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Experience independently planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong social media management experience.
- Strong video editing and content creation skills.
- Experience with email marketing.
- Good copywriting and written communication skills.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- An understanding of how marketing generates leads and revenue.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to bring your own ideas.
Most importantly, you must be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for getting things done.
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
