We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and proactive Part-Time Administration Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and healthcare professionals, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives a warm and efficient service. The Admin Assistant/Receptionist will support both Reception and Administration tasks including handling calls, dealing with general enquiries and supporting with a variety of different general office tasks. This role is key to helping our service run smoothly and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported. To do this well, the post-holder will bring a caring approach, professionalism, respect for confidentiality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about people and is confident interacting with a wide range of individuals.

Please note:
This is a Part-Time position working 32 hours over 4 days per week including weekends. We are happy to be flexible with the specific weekday you work and will consider other alternative suggestions, as long as they support the needs of the service. However, weekend working cannot be adjusted.
